I HATE when people stand on the speed walks in airports. it wouldn't bother me if they were really squished to the sides or something, but when I'm trying to walk by and have a heavy bag with me, its just not nice because usually there just isn't enough room to get by.

i hate it when on the subway stairs, people who are walking down are taking up the entire stair way and won't let you up. or vice versa.
i believe in walk left and stand right unless no one else is on the escalator.

A lot of them have arrows too or "walking side" and "standing side", yet a lot of ppl just don't pay attention.
What bothers me about the most about the ppl on escalators and walking things is when they notice you're walking, yet they don't move. Like do they honestly think that just b/c they're standing there it means that all of a sudden you don't want to walk by anymore? LET ME BY DAMMIT!

I feel your pain brother. In London(En.), they religiously stand on the right and walk on the left. If you mess up, they'll just bump you right out of the way.
Here, when it's busy, I don't even look at the escalator. Head right to the stairs and deak'm out the best I can. Faster, less stress.
