I just got back into Lifting again after Basketball ended (didn't want to mess up my jump shot, hehe.)
Usually working out 4-5 times a week, 2 hours average.
Racketball for 30 minutes, run a 7 minute mile to get warm.
Bench every other day, Lats, Biceps, Triceps, Abs, Shrugs, Forearms, Rowing Machine, Military Press, and some Curls.
It depends if I feel sore or tired that day how much time I put in.

Some advice:
Well, the first thing you are doing wrong is exersing the same muscle groups everyday. By weighting lifting, or working your muscles to exhaustion in actuallity what you are doing is ripping you muscles. When you rest your body converts protein into muscle tissue which heals the ripped tissue and builds on top of it. But what you are doing is ripping your muscle tissue more and more everyday. So instead of what you are doing you should break each day into different muscle groups work out, and have at least 2-3 days of rest between repeating your routine. Less is sometimes more . Also watch the speed of your sets, and the number of reps you do, different numbers for different results.
Hope that helps
Anyways, i work out too, 3-4 days a week 1.5 - 2 hours. I used to work out for strength, was fairly thin about 140LB. Now i went on a differnet routine gained about 17Lb more in 3 months, not planning on stopping there

you should only beable to do 8-12 reps, not 30minutes
I body-build, great site bodybuilding.com.
Monday-chest
Wednesday-shoulders
Friday-arms
Saturday-legs
abs every few days
i wont go into all the excercises but they hit ever muscle, and each part.
The key isnt time, its quality.. if you can crank out 100 reps it wont help you. I also keep a journal on the weight and everyhting i use.. helps a lot.
On tuesdays and thursdays i also wrestle which is very good excercise, it hits all the muscles and tires you out.
