I approve of this set. Nice and bumping and grooving. Set flows good and just perfect to chill out to.

There is that weird drop out/fade out at 31 min mark . Dunno what that really is lol

*takes away the stick away from Bas's bum*

lol thanks

that little fade out part is actually part of Omid's InDaProcess. It has about a 40 second intro then totally cuts out and does that thing before coming back in. It is really weird

Ah yeah there is an awkward bit crush in that track - I was thinking about editing that out...

Sick mix though, really. Definitely my kind of thing, deep, dark tech house.

comments..
I thought you lost a lot of momentum on the transition into Take U Inside unfortunately...I probably would have mixed it in over the breakdown of the previous track rather than let the outro show through like that.

I have my own way of mixing Take U Inside, since I usually play it a bit earlier in the set and the BEAT BEAT BEAT BEAT breakdown is a bit awkward and empty unless you have the crowd's full attention and you can work people with the loop, but I respect what you did.

I kind of felt that the mix doesn't really peak, seems like the first hour of a great 2 hour mix to me.

But like I said, it's a really nice cohesive/coherent mix

Sweet mix bas, I like. Kinda chilled start then moves into some more interesting tracks. Mixing is a little off in a few places but it doesnt take anything away from the mix. Nice Job.

And Pro, you really think the mixing was off in some places? Do you remember which mixes specifically? I thought, if anything, the mixing was actually the best part

bas i just listened to your mix last night. it's a solid mix no doubt. the mixing wasn't really off at all but the tracklist, while appropriate, didn't get me "going" so to speak. and the Omid track was kind of a sudden change, perhaps mixing it out a little later.. well actually no i kind of like the change of pace. it kind of set the mood for the rest of the mix imo. from a technical standpoint though this mix is very nice. will re-listen tonight and give you a second opinion..

after giving another listen it was just the first mix where the beats were just slightly off but thats really just being picky. again, great job bas.
