I know star-traveller, I was praying you did not think that....

I do not eat Beef, but all other animals are game for me.
Love the chicken, pork, fish, raccoon, armadillo, squirrel etc....

also love shrimp...You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sautee it. There's, um, shrimp kebabs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried. There's pineapple shrimp and lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich... That's, that's about it.

Some people like the top brass are idiots, but I dont want to brag, and you have to believe it, but they enjoyed working with me and wanted me to stay. On the second time I just seriously said that I had to go. That was couple months ago. Oh, tomorrow is poker night, me and my former co-workers mostly ...

Working at jobs like McDonalds where people are expendable and easily replacable doesnt mean that everyone who works there is enjoyable to the management and others. There's something called sucking up to managers, making other employees enjoying working with you. And thats why even though I was late few times, missed couple shifts here and there, I was never suspended written up or anything like that. I hope you can understand what I am saying ...

Wouldn't want to brag about what??? Sorry, I'm still confused as to why they wouldn't let you quit. Are you saying it's because you just enjoyed the comradery too much? Are you sure you weren't working at McDowells?

You may have misread. I didn't say never, I just said at such a young age.

I believe the onus would be on you at this point to fuss up...

I will, I have to run right now, I'll be back later with some info

Altight, after doing some research for papers on the subject of negative side effects of early vaccionations all i could find was an increased risk (by a negligible amount) of eczema by age 7 associated with the vaccine for diptheria.
quote:

Is childhood immunisation associated with atopic disease from age 7 to 32 years?
Kazunori Nakajima1, Shyamali C Dharmage1, John B Carlin1, Cathryn L Wharton1, Mark A Jenkins1, Graham G Giles2, Michael J Abramson3, E Haydn Walters4 and John L Hopper1

Conclusions: The few effects seen in this study are small and age-dependent, and nearly all our findings support numerous previous studies of no effect of vaccines on asthma. Based on these findings, the fear of their child developing atopic disease should not deter parents from immunising their children, especially when weighed against the benefits.

Timely vaccination of children are found to be important to keep them protected from life-threatening diseases through their first years:
quote:

Timeliness of Childhood Immunizations
Elizabeth T. Luman, MS, Mary Mason McCauley, MTSC, Shannon Stokley, MPH, Susan Y. Chu, PhD and Larry K. Pickering, MD

From the National Immunization Program, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Atlanta, Georgia

Results. Only 9% of children received all recommended vaccines at the recommended ages. The rates varied significantly by antigen, ranging from 24% for all Haemophilus influenzae type b doses to 75% for all hepatitis B doses as recommended. Overall, 55% of children did not receive all recommended doses by 24 months of age, and 8% of children received at least 1 vaccination dose too early to be considered valid. Factors associated with not receiving all vaccines as recommended were having more children in the household, mothers younger than 30 years, use of public providers, and multiple vaccination providers.

Conclusions. By 24 months of age, 9 of 10 children received at least 1 vaccine outside the recommended age ranges. High vaccination status of children at 24 months of age does not reflect the reality that many vaccinations are not given at the appropriate ages. Timeliness of vaccination is critical to prevent disease outbreaks, protect children through their first 2 years of life, and minimize the need to repeat doses.

Now, this is not like all the other silly topics we discuss here Firestarter, this is something that can affect the well being of your child. I suggest you do more research on whatever particular concerns you may have but given current research there is no valid reason, health or economics related, to not vaccinate your child.
