Then, she blurts out to me that she's pregnant and that she would need me there to take over while she was on leave.... and I was like... dammit.
So, basically, she explained to me that the place would go to shite if i left because all the other employees suck--at doing the management stuff (reports, invoices, inventory, etc.)
And now, I dont know what to do 1) quit 2) stay, help out while she's out. |
lol, i'm in the same situation. i work 40 hours a week as a cashier and i'm quitting tomorrow. everyone's schedule is so fucked up next week with basically 0 cashiers to open the store and 4 cashiers to close teh store.
i have some advice.
don't

it will get you through some tough ass decisions.
