I guess so if you dont like rap I like ALL genres of music except country. If he oakey ever touches on country with electronic/dance ill have to smack him in the head hehe

I for one is very exited about the merging of rap and trance.
It would be a really cool music genre, if they pull it off that is!

I know that "bunk" means "total shit" "worthless"

Hmmm..... so if "bunkka" has anything to do with the term "bunk", maybe it means.... "totally shitty"? ROFLz

Seriously, i respect Oakie in everyway, he's achieved alot...

But he's a Fuck'n Weirdo Yo.....

I just got the album, and IMO there is not even 1 trance song on it!

But i just love it. Nice to chill out and sit back.......

a lot of breakbeat and hip hop tunez on it
But a lot of the tunez sound nice, like the tune with nelly.

Just check it out yourself......

grtz,
TNG

Smiley DJ Re: Paul Oakenfold - Bunkka

Well this album is not all about trance at least i dont think from my point of view as well as the interviews ive read with paul about bunkka. In his opinion its going to be cutting edge music. Hes trying to show his versatility. Translation to busy conquering in the states. Hes been racking up awards he was named number one international dj along with a host of other awards and hes just trying to top it all of with a good production album. Well in my opinion guys beware of this one. We cant judge it by the track list so all we can do is venture into the unknown, but warning it will not be what were accustomed to its coming from the deep dark regions of paul's "creative" side. Other than that dive in

umm

first of all let me clarify something...that trak with oakenfold and ice cube is pure garbage...IF trance mixes with anything it should be with hip hop not rap (THERE IS A DISTINCTION)....compare that ice cube trak to this one....

http://www.audiogalaxy.com/list/cho...hp?&g=275469853

this is a good merge of electronic and hip hop.

Now as far as oakenfold....I am a big fan of his..the album looks nice...but he will come crawling back to trance...trust me
