sometimes mistakes are made, but most of the time at good restaurants the chef is right and the idiots who complain don't know how the dish is supposed to be prepared. Like I've heard ppl complain that their Gazpacho was cold. Chances are someone who's gone to culinary school and cooks for a living knows how to prepare a dish. If you want to eat unimaginative food that taste same then go to Mc Donalds.

ahaha! no way? Some people need to be educated about food before they accuse the chef of making it wrong or serving it at a wrong temperature.
