serious?? i'm chinese, lived in taiwan for the better part of my adolescent life as well as cali and ny....and i can't recall any real chinese restaurant serving black tea. it's always green tea or barley tea. or maybe jasmine or chrysanthemum or oolong or pu-erh or....
sure, black tea may be offered...but if you ask for tea, it's rarely that.
edit: and +1 to tek....i'm always when i see people put sugar in green tea....similar to how some american friends used to eat white rice with soy sauce straight....
