actually it wasn't a sweater it was a hoodie and it wasn't a gift. we we're out one nite and she was cold so i let her wear my hoodie. it holds no great monetary value just one of those things...

i had a hoodie from an ex once. i held on to it for a while and then gave it to the girl he left me for after they broke up. i think she probably burned it or something.

My ex gave me a diamond necklace for our 6 month anniversary (yea... lame), anyway, I kept it and put it in a memory box.

But if the necklace only brings a bad memory, get rid of it. I say sell it.
