Everyone morning:

Either (1) Timmies or (2) McDicks

If its (1) then:

- 1 large double double
- 1 everything or plain bagel toasted with butter and strawberry jam
- 1 cheese (or sometimes butter) croissant

If its (2) then:

- 1 bacon 'n egg mcmuffin
- 1 bacon 'n egg mcgriddle


I am consistent. Its either (1) or (2) ALWAYS. Every weekday morning before work.

Mini Wheats, glass of OJ, 1 slice of toast and yogourt. Sometimes I omit the cereal. Then I have a cup of tea once I get to work.

ALWAYS (and I mean ALWAYS) : nestle quik (power) with milk

if i don't have that my mouth feels dry all day and i generally feel like crap. i guess it's like how some people can't function without their morning coffee... i've been having quik every morning since i can remember

and with it... usually a granola bar of some sorts... with peanut butter spread on it or DRY cereal.

I cannot stand cereal, muffins, oatmeal, peanut butter & jelly, and basically anything that is in a 'continental' breakfast. When I wake up I need a heavy breakfast. Tuna sandwich, omlette with lots of meat, ham sandwich etc...
