for some..schools out. summer is for relaxing..having fun. you go out more often..bars, clubs, the beach..even just walking around. you are more likely to meet people and more likely to be willing to hanging out with them.

these are all plausible theories, women dressing and thus feeling sexier, having more time to be outdoors and available, and heightened serotinin/mood levels.

Or maybe as one person put it, they are in heat
