they should award the this prick whatever the cost of drycleaning his suit was because they lost it.
and the Chung's should counter sue this prick for for all these unnecessary expenditures on legal fees to defend themselves and lost business time because of this frivilous lawsuit (heh pun intended i guess )
in addtion they should be awarded fees for emotional distress

The judge ruled in favor of the defendant. The couple don't owe the guy any money for his missing pants and he actually ordered that the plaintiff pay for the owners' court costs
