Through the simple processes of reading and deduction, my dear Watson! Here's how I did it my boy...
1.) The title says, "DJ Dan and the DJ mag top 100"
2.) The following pieces of text in your opening post...
- "DJ Dan's ranked #5 in the world"
- "Top house DJ in the list"
- "Really makes me wonder about is ranking and how the fcuk that DJ Mag system works"
3.) The following piece of text in your post after your opening post...
- "but I did want to go hear how an unknown DJ made it to #5."

Nope, every club experience I've ever had has been peachy! Of course I've been disappointed by certain DJs. However, I didn't go into the event expecting them to be any good without downloading a few sets from them and only going because of their rank on an incredibly inaccurate list. I typically attend events for DJs that I know are good based off of listening to their sets and tunes. Have I been disappointed by those DJs? Sure! It happens.
However, it's apparent to me that you went only because he was ranked so high and you expected him to be at a certain level. It's your own fault for trusting a bullshit magazine poll and going into an event without a single clue as to what he was going to spin.
