I was thinking if you go on a time travel and then decide to go back, how the hell do you do that?

If you travel 1 sec forward in time will you meet your 1 second future you? So to come back to YOUR time you had to go back EXACTLY the right time down to the billionth part of a second and it would still wouldn't be precise enough.

Bah humbug!

1. i would say technology in general, but that is a very broad term nowadays, since everything is basically technological. our houses and cars, computers, our culture, etc.. so if i would single out 1 thing that would mindboggle a 18th century civilian, i would say the internet and online technology, and how it is accessible at our fingertips. an infinite amount of information and data at our fingertips. if you told an 18th century person you could talk, see, and listen to someone across the globe instantly without any interruptions, they would basically not understand that concept.

2. the lack of trust we have about our neighbors. back in the 1700s, i am sure there were not such things as people robbing other people's houses, kidnapping children, vandalism, pedophiles(well there was back then, but they had a different view about it back then. lol), mass suicides, etc... it was a very carefree environment.

Now that I think about it, I change my answer in part 1 to:

1. Time travel, 'cause yeah that would pretty much fascinate anyone regardless of what time they are from.
