oh, on another arse related note - wait at *least* an hour before going to the gym after taking NO-Xplode. I left there in a near panic, my stomach making Wookie-like sounds. I was driving 20 miles over thinking of what the hell I would do if a cop pulled me over, i was torn between pulling over and running into the bushes and exploding, exploding in the car or having him chase me to my house then exploding.
Luckily, no cop and let me be the first to tell you, there was a veritable detonation.
