Being that "soda" is part of a pop's name. ( cream soda ) and used for "club soda", it shouldnt be allowed in useage just as calling all of it "coke" shouldn't be allowed.

There's still a lot of misconception. No one refers to non-cola based products as coke. NO ONE.
