understandably getting punched in the face will ruin a night... that really sucks dude... other than that unfortunate incident though, im really surprised at all the bad reviews.

i heard a couple trainwrecks near the end, but i thought richies set was great. i had a blast. loved the clicks and pops, soo groovy... he dropped some abstract 'warpy' shit near the end that was interesting. the chuggy basslines were sick, especially being so close to the speakers

thanks for the solid directions at the begining of the night Shanny and good seeing you out Cribby.

it would've been nice if the party went a bit later but i was getting tired anyway.

i finally got to see a dj that ive been meaning to see for a while and wasnt disappointed.

perhaps not a big deal, but I wouldn't let it go...I'd file a formal complaint with the club and the police (since the club will probably do jack shit about it).

This night didn't almost happen.... and in the end i'm glad it did i had such a good time music was like 80% good but the fact that it was ritchie made up for the 20% hat was lacking, great set i loved every second of it train wrecks and all

hah ok, you know it's true, the tunes leading up to the last 45 mins were pretty rockin.

It was fun watching Richie weave these crazy mini techno layered masterpiece moments, he had two in particular (when the vocal, breakdown, outgoing track and new ingoing would all intercept) that were pretty heavy.

The system badely needed tweaking tho, really shit eq's going on, a lot of the mid's were all mumbled into the low end. You couldn't hear fuck all lol

had a blast last night. magda really set the tone for richie's set. through some really huge bombs out there got me goin crazy. wasnt disappointed with the music at all but i was with the crowd. i thought that the venue wouldve been a great fit for these two and it totally was, but i found there were a lot of ppl there that didnt belong. maybe because it was on college and all these randoms came over, who knows. but wutever, last night just went to show why richie is one of my fav. djs.

This night had so much potential. Magda was great. Opened things up proper. had the feeling that my first time at mod would be very memorable. But it will also be my last time there. we've seen hawtin 4 times now and he was at best average. i got the feeling that he just wanted to complete his set and leave. we're going to see him again in Chicago in june. fingers crossed.

i'm sorry that i sounded dumb to you, it was my first time at the mod club and i didnt expect it to sound like that. I was expecting a more clear and crisp sound for the kind of music that he was playing.

i shouldn't have left 45 minutes early...missed some trainwrecks. oh well, maybe next time. magda rocked!
