I'm surprised no one had mentioned that the 200s have the most retarded queing on the face of the planet, stutter que...I don't even get that mess. I own a pair of 1000s and would never advise someone to get a pair of 200s, i'd rather advise on the c.314s or something (if they are on a limited budget), even tho it has a crappy cd tray, but as most of the 200 fanboys are argueing here, cd trays shouldnt be a problem if its just for home use

Um, if you are adjusting the track every few seconds, you aren't anywhere near .02% of each other... thats such a small amount you they should stay locked for like a minute or two.

I dunno, grabbing the jog wheel and rotating it over the beat and hitting "cue" is pretty easy too It's just like vinyl (with a cue button)

+1, no one said stutter que is hard to figure out, its just dwarfed by better methods. /sigh

I don't find the cueing method (stutter cue) on the CDJ 200s, any different than on my CDJ 1000s. As said, it's easy...cueing is just a matter of finding the first beat, there really is no better or worse way to cue a track. As I recall, there was a "stutter" cue on CDJ Mode on the CDJ 1000s.

But still, those reason don't make the 200's better - they are just reasons of justifying to yourself why you have 200's.

I don't play out in clubs but I still find all the features very useful:

Saved cue points - I use all the time to save me wasting time finding those tricky points on a tune everytime I play them.

Vinyl Emulation - I don't scratch yet it feels much more natural and quicker to cue in vinyl mode. Ok, maybe not quite as accurate but you're only gonna be a few frames out which just requires a quick nudge).

Don'y get me wrong, I'm not just disagreeing with you for the sake of it, but merely stating that these features are not just for the 'DJ in a club'. I even find it strange sometimes when I go round my mates house on his 800's as I'm just used to the Wave display and saved cue points on the 1000's.
