If you want to know what we're talking about when we mention Sean Tyas, just search MD

Or browse MD for one week.

I have been in this scene a long time. I know who Sean Tyas is. I know his music. I read about him on TA. I just don't consider him the second most "polarizing" figure on TA after Tiesto.

And how does that interview factor into that statement - it was pretty ordinary.

I respect your opinions, hopefully you can respect mine.

I'd consider him relatively as such in a "flavor of the year" aspect. He really has overcome Tiesto's crown at catching flack since there are at least two huge threads a week in MD and the cd review forums concerning mainly him. If I actually took the time I could probably find and link you to about ten or twelve of them.

Tijs is old news.

Your opinion is rendered totally invalid by the fact that you are a blatant fangirl.

I find it funny, how even when i joined this board a lot of "arists" considered forums etc. to be bad for the music because there is usually a lot of negativity towards their music from those forums.

However, the are just in denial land whilst groupies suck their cocks at performances and sites like trance.nu kiss their ringers in interviews just so they can get them again and increase the sites hits & popularity among the fanboys for said "arists. I remember when every fucking tune reviewed there never contained a single negative word...

In reality, forums are a wet slap of the slimey truth glove for any DJ with delusions of their own greatness, it's very rare somebody comes up to you in a club or e-mails you to tell you that you're shit and should "fuck the fuck off"

honest critisism is all well and good but i find the negativity on this board quite nasty and uncalled for towards some artists.

it always began as honest, but then you get someone coming in & disputing it, calling you a hater or a weasel, and then you're in the wrong if you say owt back. Fuck that shit

I have yet to see any criticism that was undeserved here. I much prefer it here than in la-la land where everybody likes everybody and they all love every piece of crap presented to them.
