The only fast food I ever really eat is Subway, which isn't so bad IMO. I'm not a huge fan of the processed meat, but I usually have tuna anyway.

Oh I'm sure some employees will bring their own food. I'm talking about when you walk into one of those places and theres some huge lardass taking their lunch-break eating a supersized meal. I'm sure a lot of the employees think about bringing a lunch and then say "ah fuck it I'll just eat at work." Every time I've been in one of those places you see at least a couple of employees eating the food there which is understandable because you're hungry and you work at a restaurant but makes it easy to over-do it.

LOL, yeah that's what I do too. I work in a store where we don't have any "real" food, just frozen and dry stuff, which I've eaten like thousands of times the past two years. I'm tired as hell of them, but still, everytime when I plan on going to the store before work, I'm too tired to get up, so I just think "I'll eat something we have there, there must be something I haven't had in a while". But it's still healthier than McD. Maybe.

I didn't eat mcdonalds for a week but i've been eating junk food for the past five days and feel like straight up shit not only that but I honestly think I have gained like 3 pounds these past 5 days so off to the gym I go today.....bleh i've never felt so fucking unhealthy.
