regular plain ol white sugar.

what i do is cut it into little cubes, then put it on a plate and sprinkle sugar on top.. alot.


you have to eat it right away or else the sugar turns into water after a couple of minutes.




i think they eat it like this in brazil, but i am not shure.

I only have raw sugar. But it couldn't make that much difference, right?

No, I think that's brown sugar. Raw sugar is kinda somewhere between brown and white sugar.

Us, and a group of our friends, have a yearly 'Guoc Off.' Every person/couple brings a bowl of their best home made guac, and a bunch of Corona. While drinking the Corona, everyone tries to decide on the best guoc. Makes for a pretty good summertime party

id totally win, i used to make them @ a restaurant i worked in.


we used to sell a small guacamole (1 avocado) for 12 dollars. so good though.
