Australian ISPs are actually pretty hardcore when it comes to miss-use of an account. Perhaps a business' service wouldn't be immediately shut off, but the company would receive a warning, with all the appropriate details, of the issue. The company, upon checking their internet logs for staff members hitting www.tranceaddict.com, would find the list to be pretty small.

If it were a personal/home account though, service would simply be shut off, pending a review.
