Gateway laptops are so fucking gay.
Only 1 PCMIA slot (which i have to use for a wireless G card, because the integrated wireless-g DIED), it only comes with USB1.1, so i have to use a gay ass Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit, which doesn't help at all when it comes to FlStudio (something around 10zillion ms lag, give or take crashing).
Also, even playing regular MP3s through winamp has pops and snaps, especially between tracks.

question:
is there a more efficient decoder than what comes with winamp (Nullsoft MPEG audio decoder 4.06)?
