That won't have a big effect. People who drive drunk do it because they think they can manage not to crash. You can show them all the gore you want, they won't believe it'll happen to them. Exposing everyone to images like that might even increase the level of stress in some people and cause more accidents.
Best thing to do is to either prevent those people from getting liscences in the first place, or make sure that once they get caught, they'll never be able to endanger other people again, by locking them up for awhile and removing their driving priviledges for life without possibility of pardon.
