VVIP is a term used in a lot of places in the middle east/south asia as like "extra vip" or "super vip" etc... Usually just another, more exclusive area of the party or club.

In the "third world" having multiple different areas of access is very common for many reasons, a lot of it has to do with the social structures of these countries. There are the regular "crowd", composed of working men and women, students, etc and then there's the upper class/faces. Usually only Vip and regular tickets are sold to the public while the VVIP or Super Vip (As it's known in parts of South America) tickets need to be bought from a specific promoter or someone in "the know" as it were.
