definitely not the song i was thinking of. the beginnign sounds really generic. that part stinks, the breakdown is good, i guess cuz it has the original part in it, man the original is really good, this remix doesnt compare really though, he should just delete this out of the myspace and scrap it.

but it's true. the original is such a nice tune it shouldn't be difficult to make something good with it. but this is a total failure.

i like it. i mean don't get me wrong, i love the original and all, but i think this remix adds a little something *different* than the original. i'm not saying one is better than the other (i'm not going to debate one over the other). i'm just saying this remix is different and adds a little something (a bit harder) that the original mix didn't have. not a bad thing for a remix done 5 or 6 years later...

i'm very curious to hear his remix of "not over yet" (off of a lively mind, not the other/older not over).

true, but you said he didn't bother to do *anything* with it.. which would imply he made a pointless clone of the original, when infact it sounds completely different in style/mood, as well as making it useable in situations where the original wasn't. obviously all that doesn't mean i don't think it's shit, but i'll admit to it having a purpose all the same

the original is one of the weakest tunes from isos 2 imo, i liked it at first but those vocal samples are just to much..

haha yes i agree that it came out a bit weird. what i meant was that he didn't bother to do anything special with it instead of just going for a very generic aproach.
