Aren't most drug OD's are supposed to be rather painful and traumatic experiences?

Probably any of the three reasons below:

2) Getting mugged by a granny, when suddenly the granny has a heart attack & I have to rush her to the hospital, but on the way to the hopsital a tornado picks the car up & thrust me into outer space instantly freezing me & my eye balls pop out of my skull.

3) overdosing on fart gas in a freak accident while sitting on the toilet
