Same thing happened on my last batch. I:Cube - Adore. It's a soft breaks track and the outro is mixed into a house track. As usual, customer support is nonexistant.

about a week ago i finally got an email from beatport and they gave me a credit to my account. just keep sending emails and one day you'll get it lol

I think they also put you in priority if you are a 'valued' customer - as in, you drop all kinds of cash on a regular basis. I started buying in 2006 of March, and have bought on average two tracks a day. They reply to me usually within 48 hours.

My friend on the other hand, buys like 6 tracks a month.... it took him close to a week to hear about the same complaint.

I'm trying to download the latest Cosmic Gate's release, Body of Conflict. All 3 versions (Club, Dub and Extended Mix), but it gets me a restricted territory error ! This is really annoying. I even tried the Proxy thing to bypass this Beatport's protection, but with no success.

I know I can't email Beatport, 'cos even if I complain, they won't do anything. I tried to find the release elsewhere can't find it.

Anyone in the territory of Maelstrom Recordings could get me the release ? I'll use paypal to pay. I don't care paying an extra buck or 2 for the service, I just want these songs. All 3 songs are ~4.50$US. Anyone interested in helping me out, please PM me.

My first issue ever has just been solved in less than 24hrs. I am a satisfied costumer .
