See I never got too far into A Link To The Past so I can't totally comment on it's greatness, but from what I saw, I liked Link's Awakening the most. I just loved all the characters and really developed a feeling for all of them. The story was also so well written. Simple yet right to the point.
I'll get around to seriously playing A Link To The Past eventually.
