Went to Rebel first though which was fun. Personally I thought G&D had a 50/50 chance of being good but after a while I got bored and left. They played good tracks but the order just wasn't right...not planning on paying to see them again though, great producers not great DJs

Then Swamper and his entourage of 30, who were all wearing TA monogramed Rolexes, left the room and flew to Hawaii for a few hours because Del wanted fresh coconut.
To his defense, Trump didn't even really look like a bum.

Don't like that Ableton idea either. They'll be too busy looking at the laptop than the crowd. From what I've seen so far, it looks like you need two people to manage the set (one on the mixer and one on the laptop). PvD is the only guy I've seen who does it by himself.
Last night i was in my friend's car and we were listening to the new chemical brothers cd... i seem to recognize a track from G+D's set. Sounded like some guy going 'oh oh oh oh oh' and had a nice percussion in the track. I think the G+D track was a rework or remix by someone, not the original Chemical Brothers one. I was expecting them to play dangerous power - any version, but alas, it was not fulfilled. Markus & Rank 1 in two weeks!!!!!!!! \o/

trust me, it's not hard at all, and PvD just taps into the surface ableton's potential. It's incredibly easy to make a set with ableton and gives you so much room to think that there is no excuse for not having a perfect tracklist or flow.

Not much of a review here, but all I can say is, that will probably be the last time I see them, unless I open for them one day or something. Everyone said it about the flow not being there.
Jason, on the other hand, ripped the place to shreds. I want a fucking tracklist, Jason

I visited NYC for the second time ever this past weekend, and I just want to say I was very impressed with how friendly everyone is!
I came up with a friend from Ottawa on a 6am flight Friday morning. Friend was too tired to make it out to Pacha, so I thought I'd go alone since it was a great opportunity to hear some good music. Huge thanks to Jason for putting me on the guestlist, and I also really enjoyed your set! Very high energy and seemed like you were really into it!
During Jason's set met a couple of guys from NJ, started talking to them and got introduced to their group, who made me feel very welcome for the whole night. Got to see G&D for just under 2 hours, but I was too tired to keep going (23 hours awake) so I headed back to the hotel. All in all a great night, and will definitely have to come back
