Yes guys it was definitely a great party, I look forward to more parties in the upstairs portion of rebel. I think Patrick played the song of the night, Jon Silva "Love In Me"

It'll always be the same ol' story of the magnetic charge that the Pacha's, etc., have... Party after party of letdowns, and people will still always give them another chance (DJs and venue).... Noble, I guess, but I was happy to have been at Rebel that night to hear some great beats, and keep it real with people I know... Once again, support your locals!!! Amen to Steven's first post... Put your trust in the bookings that locals (and especially, TAs) put their neck out on the line for, because you'll more often than not realize why they made that booking once you hear the music... Rock on, Mazi and all the locals rocked, and my cousin and her friends really had a great time despite the sparse crowd, keep up the good work guys!

It's common sense,,this thing is about music but the people aint listening..I never heard of Mazi until Zack confirmed the guy as the headliner but the guy is a legend..I went on line and downloaded everything that the guy has ever done and it's all good..It's beyond me how anyone could chose G&D over Mazi and chose Pacha over Rebel..It's a fucking no brainer..I hate to say it but,, "REBEL is better than ARC"..The sound and the place are far superior..I loved ARC but the sound was awful..Anyway..
SSU are not in the position yet to book the "big names" and to be honest I'd rather not..There's far too much talent in this city that needs the exposure and the opportunity to perform in front of you guys..No one books better Dj's than us,,you've only got to take the time to listen to their mixes,,radio shows and productions to hear that...
If the people don't start to support the locals,, all you're gonna be left with is Pacha..
