lol, how do u snap them in 2 pieces, unless your like Peter Hook in a coke seizure abusing the hell out of them? I can see sitting on them, having them crushed in your gear bags...but just by putting them on your head...u have to be bending them in directions there not meant to be bent in, and/or way too far in the proper direction w/o realizing it.

Simple. They started to show signs of stress in the plastic area by the joint (where the phones fold). These stress marks appeared months before they actually snapped, and they finally gave out in the middle of my set. I was not bending them awkwardly what so ever - I was simply using the one phone resting between my ear and shoulder. Then, el-snappo.

For those trying to defend these pieces of shit, maybe you got lucky. But from my experience, as well as many friends and dj's I know personally DO NOT waste you time with either of these models below.....

Which is EXACTLY why 'dj headphones' are mostly shit. The swivel stresses, cracks and breaks.

Ugh. Who wants one more thing to worry about?

I have a pair of MDR-V600 and they haven't even shown any signs of breakage, even though I sleep with them on. I'll be getting the 7506s real soon.
