plus it's more a reinterpretation of the melody rather than a direct copy. some notes have been changed & the chords have a different feel.. i'd hardly call it a remake

way out west - blue.. that was more of a remake, kept the original feel

I'm not joining the "hate Tiesto" bandwaggon but really, you aren't a little pissed that these DJs/Producers are simply rehashing old tracks?

No, I'm not. I either choose not to listen to them or if I do listen and don't like it, then I don't listen to it again. It's not that hard to do, really.

same. they only annoy me if they sound shit and i'm in a position when i'm forced to listen to them.. their existence alone doesn't bother me

if it weren't for remakes then two of my all-time top 4.. actually three of them technically, wouldn't exist

I know what your saying, I'm just thinking out loud. I don't listen to them either I just feel strongly that truly original tracks are fewer and fewer and remakes certainly don't help. Sean Tyas and DJ Tatana are just two examples...DJ Tatana basically reproduced a bunch of big trance tracks from the later 90s and made an album out of them.

Until someone can cite further proof, I'm guessing this is bullshit. If it's real, then I have absolutely zero faith left in Trance and think that Tijs is an absolute cockfuck.

hmm nice long post there...

http://www.youtube.com/v/v6YnaFJp8oI

oops, oh shit, there really is evidence...

disclaimer - the clip is not mine. Future reference to me providing a shit sounding clip, is in no way a reflection of my camera, skills behind it, or any other moaning, whining, tiesto bashing, skum bitching type of comment you are about to make.

From what i've heard the "remake" sounds pretty much as the old one did, but with some Tiesto percussion. Oh, and the tragedy, of removing the vocal... doh! p.s. it isn't the Shah remake either..
