I hate to say it as such a longtime Bedrock fan, but that's my impression, too. It's got everything it should have: cavernous stereo, lush production, attention to detail, flawless arrangement. I really want to feel it. But something just isn't there.
It also feels a sluggish 15bpm slower than anything Digweed and Muir produced in the 90s, but that's to be expected in today's plodding tempo. I thought Santiago was as slow, too, but it worked the tempo really well.

i saw digweed at lush months and months ago and when he dropped this, it came from nowhere and blew the place apart. Lush has a function One soundsystem and it was un fucking real on it
it sounds shit on home speakers

The Breakdown at 18 mins is unspeakable. So many little FX you barely notice on home speakers come alive and the kick drum is just rib crushing when it kicks back
One of the best clubbing moments of my life hearing it. Easily.
