sorry to say, but there's no chance in hell that these guys didn't know what their marketing team was doing. how naive can you guys be?
also i'm sure this isn't the first time this is happened, and it certainly won't be the last. now that the dj mag has been outed all marketing teams/djs/whomever will try to do is figure out another work around.

Either way, I think thedjlist works by people creating a profile, then saying who their top favorite djs are. The more djs that are in people's profiles as their top djs get more points. I think that's how it works, not sure though.

interesting article, but i already knew dj dan jumping all the way to #5 last year was laughable and clearly fraud. glad he got disqualified because 2 years in the top 10 would be intolerable.
unfortunate cl had to go down with him though.

i only voted for CL number one each year....
and to find out that DJ mag have disqualified the messiah of american dance scene is truly heartbroken to me...
i voted for CL because i care to see my favorite DJs beat the norm like the usual number 1,2,3... its not like he's playing tunes that everybody likes anyways... my GOd.. he's playing psy trance, nobody likes that! except me... and he still gets the SHAFT!!!
i will never vote on this damn thing again!!! CL goes down, i'll be down with him!!! psy trance always gets the shaft!!! this is BS...
