I remember looking up and everyone by the decks looked like they were freaking out; I was worried for a moment...most people didn't notice though because they were too busy looking at the Cir du Soleil type people.

To his defense, Trump didn't even really look like a bum.

So it's unwinding to about 40 seconds, and he puts his CD in the other CDJ, it gets spit out. He puts it in the third CDJ, it gets spit out. 20 seconds; he puts another CD in, it gets spit out, so we're all in freak-out mode. He tries a couple more CDs, and says "I can't play!" as soon as there's 10 seconds left to the song, meanwhile, everyone's dancing still haha.... So the song ends and half a second passes and I loop it all over again and everyone starts screaming "Marcooooo!!!!". Meanwhile we're all having a heart attack. Eventually, after 10 minutes, they brought newer CDJs and they were able to work with Marco V's CDs, thank god. I coulda done without that awkward ending to my set though haha...

HAHAHAH!!!!! Dude, I could be out on the dancefloor and listen to this song repeat 6 times and not give a flying shit. This track is fucking madness!!!!!

Yeah that was a headache to deal with, but thank god it all worked out. Def enjoyed himself and he will be back soon ;0). Glad all the people who turned out for it, def was one of the best sets i have heard all year. At one point when he played that one track that was just drums and synths i turn to Eco and said "f*** the booth im going on the dancefloor to hear this track" and it was even more fun down there haha

See you all this weekend for Vic, BT, and John 00

Typically by the time I've recovered enough to be able to write a review, it's a little beside the point. However, I am compelled to reply about this because it was, by far, the coolest thing I have been to to date. Granted I have only been going out since this past March, but Marco V was fantastic and Avalon was so much fun! We got there for the last few minutes of Eco's set and it was great. We missed the whole "o shit cd decks not working" thing cause we were at the coat check, and when we went back Marco V was on.

What else can I say but, I loved it!

When he played that, Molly and I looked at each other and said, O yea!

I didn't know that you were going to close Marcello, and I'm so glad that you did. You were awesome! It was such a pleasure to finally meet you as well.

Ummmm, I don't know what you're talking about... And you know what, I tried grapefruit again and it's still Atrocious. Filty. and Truly Disgusting.

Here are some of the pictures and then the link to my photobucket for the rest.

And the infamous breakfast...

I didn't know I was going to close either!! I was happy I did, played a few outdated harder tunes, since I didn't know I would close, didn't really burn any of my new harder stuff, but I tried my best!! Glad I met you too, and I'm ashamed I didn't join you all for breakfast, I was waiting around to get paid and then I mosied around upstairs at the afterhours, which was pretty cool! Next time, I guess!!

Yeah crazy night all around, I totally agree with the whole cracked out asian thing. Why do people insist on standing around the dancefloor and watching everyone. WTF. Eco, it was cool watchin you warm up in the beginning of the night before the floor got flooded, I was up there with my girl, IDK if you remember, but anyway, your set was heavy, and the sound system didn't do your music any justice, you belong at cielo with BigMike. My calves are still sore today, c everyone next time around.
