yeah i don't think my sinuses been right since.

flushing is great, put more coke back in circulation in your system and depending on how much you got stuck you can get a significant high back off it.

i just swallow whatever drips out with water. i use nasal spray when available but hate the taste.

most of the time i forget to bring it too.
