They're both shitty teams. Montreal probably has the best overall record, or Detroit if you only look at the past 10 years.

A bad team playing against Biron doesn't really do justice in determining whether or not he's a good goalie.

maybe it's just me, but I think at 12 games in, it might be a little early in the season to make any calls on who sucks and who doesn't.
