option 4 and 5 make no sense. Anyone is entitled to purchase a lotto ticket. And why would his winning be given to programs for rape victims? why? thats his choice. Even though morally he doesn't deserve to win. Legally, why not?

Because of the initial conditions of trying to claim a sum for what happened, i don't think its outragrous to try to claim some of his money, although legally i couldn't picture her having much luck.

I was in the U.K. when that happened. good times. (the trip...not the "lotto raper")
