if by "broken in" you mean everyone who drove it in the break in period rodded the shit out of it, then yeah i'm sure its "broken in."

"I’m a dance floor favorite? Great! I would say the passion that I feel for the music I buy and the honesty with how I play it. I play the records I love not the ones that simply work. I’ve never taken the easy music option (which would make me a lot more money by the way) but chosen to push people a little. I try to draw people in a new direction slightly and expand their taste a little more than other DJ’s." - Lee Burridge

Yup! I towed it in to the BMW dealership. It's their problem now!
I would not advise ever purchasing a BMW that is out of warranty!

I actually didn't sell it privately and sold it to a dealership because I knew it was a never ending headache.
Haha, 'buyer beware' when it comes to used cars. Lol, you didn't mention any of these problems when you posted your bmw's ebay 'for sale' link a few months ago. Thanks for sharing.

The 1 series is going to make it's debut in the states at some point next year (if they're not here already).
Also I think it's kinda funny that you say 'finally got rid of'. You poor soul, must have been hard owning an m3

I just got a sliver on black 328 Coupe fully loaded w/Premium, Sports, Navigation, Active Steering ,Satellite Radio and Premium Hi Fi. I got a smoking deal on it because i'm a broker. This is my 5th bmw and enjoying this one the most so far.
I had previously special ordered a 335 coupe Silver with the Coral Red/Black interior fully loaded but i had to let that go. I can't justify the additional $7000 that i would have to pay due to the 08 lease program. Pretty happy with my 328 coupe! Going to get the convertible probably next time!
