Here's the thing that really worried me, my car was NOT insured at the time of the smash - I thought it was but it wasn't.
The police know he is to blame for the collision (not an accident) caused by his wreckless driving.
I was in the middle of changing over from one insurance company to another and knowing my luck, my car is un-insured for two days and within those two days a fucking car hits me.
However, I would have only had 3rd party insurance and considering the accident wasn't my fault there isn't much difference between me having 3rd party and no insurance. I was stressing out in case the cops thought I was to blame but they are on my side. My story goes with the other driver in the crash (the 3rd car, not the offending driver) and also all the eye-whitenesses said pretty much the same thing.
I'll get my car valued and he'll have to pay up the amount, there's a ton of evidence against him including yea - reckless driving so like I said if hes not going to pay up insurance wise I'll take him to court.
Just my luck aye..
