Ive never heard that he did that habitually...I just heard once that he stole a guys joke on accident and paid him some money as an apology. So, I guess its happened but not to the point that the man has no creative talent of his own.
Mitch Hedberg tops this thread in my book. Arj Barker is good too, as is Todd Berry. Jim Gaffigan supplies some laughs, as well. I remember Pablo Francisco's first Comedy Central Special had me crawling in laughter, but his newest stuff isnt really doing anything for me. That ecstasy joke clip on the first page had me laughing, though.
