Trader Joe's Gorgonzola Gnocchi > any other "quick" mac & cheese

and it's almost as cheap ($3 per bag) and just as easy to make!

the best mac & cheese i've ever had is the smoked gouda and blue cheese macaroni that they serve at this wine bar here in Milwaukee. soooooo orgasmic... but it's $8, so i don't get to have it very often.
