2 Pieces of White/Wheat/Rye bread (whatever the fuck you prefer there).
2 Slices of Boloney ()
2 Slices of Ham
2 Slices of Turkey or Chicken (Fuck it, why not both?)
Throw in some slices of Pepperoni (enough to fill the entire sandwich layer)
Bacon if you've got any. Beggin' Strips will suffice (Mikey Mike don't know it's not Bacon).
Lettuce
Tomato
Pickles
Salt & Pepper

I don't care if you don't like cheese, just put it on there.
Swiss, Monterey Jack, Colby, Chedder. Choose one or have 'em all.
Get out the mustard & the mayonaisse (or if you happen to have Durkey's then use that).

Sandwich should now be about 5-7" tall dependant on amount of lettuce used.

EAT! ENJOY!

You've managed to include 3 out of the 4 ingredients that I specifically asked not to be included "under any circumstances". Are you really this dense?

Prosciutto, Pepperoni, Salami (Real ones from the deli, not the 2nd rate lunch meats ones you find in the supermarket) on a hero/hoagie/baugette/sub. Put as much meat as possible into the bread

Optional:

Lettuce, Tomato, Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper, Olives

I've never heard of 'prosciutto' before, but the wiki makes it sound really lovely. I'm not even sure if I'll be able to get it in my local butchers or supermarket. I'll try though.

Huzzah!
the sweetness of the tomatoe plays well with the saltyness of the prosciutto.

Now we're fucking talking! Which of the optional ingredients compliment it well?

The pesto probably compliments the dryness of the ham as well. Sounds good.

In my opinion: lettuce, tomato, black olives, oil and vinegar

Key part is to use high quality bread..it makes or breaks not just this sandwich, but any sandwich

edit: not just any olives, but black olives

I've never had black olives before. I love green and red ones though, so I'm willing to try.

It's not a dense thing, you just asked us to make the sandwich for you and I want you to put those things on there (c'mon a sandwich just isn't a sandwich without all the fixin's). If you really don't want them on there, then exclude and enjoy. Fuck Bologna (Boloney) it's not neccesary, but you'll still have a sandwich to drool over once it's been completed.
