It's unfortunate the late cancellation, if there was any, and it's supposed to be an all girl event, but the talented digital over is a wonderful addition to the event regardless.

so, i'm finally getting around to writing my review for this. =O but...hmm...by this point, almost all of my thoughts/reflections or whatever have been lost. =/ hmm...maybe when i take a look @ the clubzone pictures, more will come back to me, & i can then edit this. but for now:

missy chrissy was progressive/VERY GOOD! hmm...i heard ferry corsten - holding on (i.d. remix. ...it's one, which i'm VERY fond of & haven't heard in a while. it's not the flashover or above & beyond ones. it's a VERY sensual-sounding one.) she also played this track that the guys in elucidate & gt vs. project c, all from di.fm, hammered out BIG TIME during all of '06, but i can't, for the life of me, remember the i.d. of. she also played a few other vocal gems, which i can't remember the i.d.s of, either. =/ by this point, i can't even remember how they went. (...lol. greg. i know you're reading this. shush. =P)

oh my gosh! 3rd-last in her set, eris played aalto - 5, & it is 1 of my FAVOURITES from '06! i've only heard it played out 2 times thus far. (van buuren in dec. of '06 & @ a solid rave @ the beginning of september this past year - besides mentioning that stoneface & terminal played it 3rd or 4th in their set, we won't speak of that experience. =/ ... & yes. i remember insignificant stuff like this. HAH.) anyway. jef, (J_Holten,) if you're reading this, i TOTALLY thought of you & that conversation we had about those trancifying sirens, in 5, while we were listening to trance around the world #300 together a handful of weeks ago, now.

I FREAKIN' LOVE MIRKA, & i'm straight up tellin' you that those kids ate your set up! heh...i'm so used to seeing them "raving" to their hard trance "goodness." but it was SO freakin' cute to see them immediately take on a "club'ish" attitude/presence or whatever all throughout your set. the track that really made them go off was david west - true love (Sami Saari Remix). (i remember you playing that @ alucard, too.) & thank you VERY kindly again for your promo. once i get it back from my friend, (he held onto it for me, as my clothes had no big pockets,) i'm gunna give it a listen immediately.

elsa hill played hard trance. i pretty much only recognized lemon & einar k - anticipation & her close your eyes song. =/ hmm...she even played a hard trance remix of luminary - amsterdam for goodness's sake! broken heart, indeed! =( but i can see why she played hard. so, no worries there! she was still REALLY great! some of the guys were even chanting her name repeatedly! =O & i can still handle hard trance in small doses. =)

& my apologies to tristan (DigitalOver) for not catching him @ the end. =( heh...i was exhaused by 5, (which was strange, 'cause by this point, i can now stay 'til the end w/ no problems whatsoever.) & also, my friend brought his freakin' mom! HAH. & she was even more exhausted than me, naturally. & she didn't want to go home by herself or something. =S so, i volunteered to be the one to make sure that she got home safely. =)

but overall, i had a great time, like usual. =) hmm...it was actually my "1st year anniversary" of going to "raves" (rather, high school dances in disguise. =P ) & by this point, all of the unique things about these events don't even cross my mind anymore, as i've gotten used to seeing everything and everyone. so, i don't know what else to say. *shrugs shoulders*

& ryan, (DancePants) if you're reading this, i think i found your twin that night! remember all of those comments you kept hammering @ me when we 1st met @ blank & jones back in october? well, this guy was telling me the EXACT same thing; word for freakin' word! =O so, you're not crazy, after all. =P ahahaha. t.a. needs more chicks, god damn it! xD

Luke Chable Big Room mix?

Elsa Hill played hard because she knew/knows Amber D, who was on before her, plays hard. She was going to play it by ear how long to go hard for before reducing the energy a bit to her normal playing style. Dunno if she ever did get around to that as I wasn't able to attend.

Ya elsa started pretty hard and then went pretty trancey before the end, Miss Marz also played pretty hard too, I really enjoyed everyone's sets, really good job by everyone, imo, very successful party, everyone i spoke to who was there had a blast. Thanks everyone.

Tristan

nah. definately not. hah. but y'know, it's actually the above & beyond remix, 'cause i'm giving it a listen once more right now, & yep. it's definately a match. xD ahaha. ehh... some things sometimes sound kinda distorted @ these things. =/ so, it took me a while to make the connection w/ what i heard that night or whatever. =P

indeed. which is the reasoning behind my sentance: "i can understand why she did that" or whatever. so, i didn't take it too badly.

anyway. yes. that is all. xD
