We got there at 1130 and they wanted $20. I asked if they could check with someone because I was pretty damned sure it said $10 before Midnight, but 3 or 4 different people (bouncer, cashier, someone in The Fountain Club, etc...) acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. One of Bong's friends came out at that point and said it wasn't too busy at that point, so we left.

Man, this really sounds terrible. And people complain about the treatment by staff at Opera. I wasn't there, but hope to go to one of these shows and if this were to happen to me I would be pissed. How can they get away with charging more than the advertised price?

obviously there was a miscommunication that i will take care of. Thats why i asked the question to Maggie. It will be worked out so don't get your panties in a wad just yet.
Wetbar is one of the most accomadating clubs i have ever worked with in 14 years of throwing events. There was a mistake somewhere that i will correct.
Yeah, as long as it doesn't become a common thing, I won't hold it against Wetbar. If I stopped going to clubs after they pissed me off just once, or even twice, I wouldn't have anywhere to go.
