I beefed up the beat with a TUBE overdriver, modulated the acidic tune more and hopefully it sounds better!

Yeah, it sounds better. I still think you should put some more percussion in there, at least a snare and some hi-hats. Also, you could add interest by putting in some weird LFOish or FM noises here and there; some odd or dissonant squelches / noises that would fit the dark acid style of the track.

Glad to hear you liked my track, by the way.

Repetitive elements are fine, but you need to balance them with some kind of modulation. This track could use a lot more percussion and also a bassline. If you want the synth that starts at the beginning to be your bass, you should make it a bit deeper, and then maybe add another element on top of it. The track could stand a beefier kick as well.

Acid tracks typically have spare percussion, but they balance it out by using more variation in their synth lines than you have here.

Got a mate whos got a mate whos a LOT better at it than me, I am quite literally starting out, be happy just to sell 1 album, and I'll probably get my sister to do that, check this out!!!

Yeah, that's pretty nice. You'll get to his level eventually if you work hard enough. Takes time...

Seriously m8, your tracks just have no variation which just makes them a bit tedious to listen to. They also seem to be heavily compressed, which makes them sound a bit "odd".

If you add a bit of variation to them and try to get some kind of arrangement going on so the song has some highs and low's then it will be alot more pleasurable to listen to and will give the tracks some direction which they are lacking at the moment.

More percussion would also help, and a bit more work on the levels of your tracks. The "Logan" track aint too bad, it at least has a decent sound to it.

I have decided its a bit cheeky to expect people to pay a fiver for my quirky little tracks, so I've put it down to 99p , might even sell a copy, going to really get into this, the next album, which will probably take ages should be more accomplished/professional, thanks for the input!

Work on getting better before you worry about getting paid dude. This was absolutely painful to listen to, and while I like repetitiveness to a point this was way too long for what it had in it. These basically sound like you were trying to figure out sidechaining. And while it appears you did, thats about all the good things i have to say about the track. So yeah. Work to get better, then worry about getting albums sold.
