Yes, there is. In the key of C# major, the third note is E# and the seventh note is B#. They are not called E-natural and C-natural, even though you would press those same keys on a piano, because the naming convention for notes in a scale or mode requires us to not skip or repeat letter names. In other words the notes in a C# major scale are:

C# D# E# F# G# A# B# (all letters represented)

NOT

C# D# F-natural F# G# A# C-natural (skips an 'E' and a 'B' and has two 'F's and two 'C's)


Likewise, in the key of F# major, the seventh note is E#. In the key of G# major, the third note is B#, the sixth note is E#, and the seventh note is Fx (double-sharp) - confused yet? These are just a few examples - there are many more. HTH.
