It's high-pressure sales, and that stuff is needed for you to pay.
The card you got clearly says "PROMOTION". This is their legal disclaimer that it's not a contest and you didn't win a contest. It means you get something if you buy something.
From the prizes listed, you 'won' the adventure package, which will likely need some out of pocket expenses like airfare to a time-share.
Time-share is likely what they will push down your throat, and make any way possible for you to buy into it.
If you are not strong-willed, don't go.
If you are into sales yourself, and want to learn the art of hard-closing, go for the educational experience. It's free sales training if you look at it that way. I did that too.
Good luck, good thing you left your ccard home, and hope they don't disqualify you from their promotion if you don't carry it.
