this stuff is old news, it's just being publicized now.
they started looking into precipitations right after they drilled into ice cores at the poles, to discover unusual organisms, and "frozen in time specimens of life forms" of what used to live an Earth 5 million years ago.
That's when they started theorizing about the Earth's evolution and how we're heading towards another "big frost"....big deal.
I'm not even surprised by this, given the amount of abnormalities taking place these days.
It was always believed that winter and the cold more specifically had the main benefit of killing bacteria developed over the 3 seasons, cleansing season so to speak.
Bacteria being bad, how's that old news? it's good and bad, depends how you look at it.....sometimes it's over reacting. A bit of bacteria
in the winter, what's the big deal? it just wakes the immune system a bit.
polluted snow is a big deal...LOL...what about a jog in a foggy autumn morning/evening when bacteria tends to grow at its best comfort?
Until snow turns black, everything's alright, no point to start alarming now, if we dealt with snow until now, we can deal with it further on, unless you sit incubated like cockroaches during the cold season.
Excuse my ignorance, but what you quoted is nothing new or alarming.
